Best place we found in Paris!! First we found café Truc for coffee, which was the best around and im fussy with my morning coffee. Tonight we tried here for dinner. Firstly the staff were very welcoming and friendly, going the extra mile to fine a wine I would like, followed by a visit from the chef, who spoke to us at length, chatting about where we was from, what foods we liked, explained the menu (which was given in an English board) then the food arrived and just wow!!! Absolutely stunning, the wine was perfect too. Highly recommended this beautiful friendly place.

Truly phenomenal simple French food in non pretentious setting. Popped in first time just needing a close place to the hotel to eat while on business trip and ordered the daily special, which was amazing. Service was great. Decided to come back again for lunch the following day and again, the daily special was spectacular.

I stayed near this cafe for a few weeks and the cafe was brilliant. Fantastic food, simple but really well done. An amazing atmosphere. And the staff are kind and professional. A great place and highly recommended.

Probably my favourite food that I had on my trip to Paris (but I love cheese so perhaps I’m biased). I had the croque monsieur and it was delicious, the staff were friendly and service was very quick! We’d see people sitting outside a lot having drinks, there was never really a quiet moment there and now I can see why. If it looks busy outside, don’t be put off, the interior has more seating and we managed to sit inside to eat. A real hidden gem back off the main road!

Lovely first meal in Paris with a very cosy atmosphere and great service. Our table preserved the steak & chips and the Berô cheeks confit for main - super recommend! The apple pastry was delicious too

Cozy place with local vibes where French people are singing local songs. You come inside and a chef or manager of the place says “bonswa!” You feel welcomed. Prices is absolutely amazing and you get everything so fresh. Staff is friendly and suggest you local drinks to try. Do not avoid this place and go inside immediately!

Neighborhood cafe with no frills but great food. They do have English menus. The mushroom risotto was great as was the mixed board.
